Desktop software application allowing you to Explore, Manage, View, Analyze and Report on all of your Infrared Image files from a variety of camera manufacturers, all from within one program.

Image Analyzer works within:

• Microsoft's File Explorer allowing you to view thumbnails of all of your IR images,
• MS Word 2003* allowing you to quickly and easily create powerful analysis reports.

Inside of Microsoft Word 2003* You will see the Image Analyzer tool bar that allows you to have complete control over the infrared image and provides you with unmatched dynamic analysis tools like line profiles and histograms.

*Requires a valid license for MS Word Standard or Office Professional 2003

• 1 Year Maintenance & Upgrade (including all services releases and upgrades)

• 1 Year Maintenance & Version Upgrade (including all services releases and upgrades)

Technical Support - Out of the Box Issues

Product technical phone support services for Thermal Trend - Image Analyzer out of the box issues.

This annual contract provides you with unlimited phone support for setup issues and one hour of product training for Thermal Trend - Image Analyzer (note: these services are provided at no additional cost during the first 30-days of purchasing the product license).

Annual contract includes:

• 1 Year Technical Support - Out of the Box Issues (note: support specialists reserve the right to limit calls to one hour or one incident -- additional time will be billed per item S3 below).

15% of full list price per year

Thermal Trend - Image Analyzer technical phone support services for additional help and/or training not covered by item S2 above.

This option provides an hourly rate for additional technical phone support and/or training, which is not covered by item S2 above.

Option includes:

• Technical Phone Support at an hourly rate of $100.00, billable in 15 minute increments for additional support and/or training not covered by item S2 above.

This option provides an hourly rate for technical phone support, which is not covered under a support contract.
