Maintenance & Version Upgrade Contract

Product maintenance and version upgrade contract for Thermal Trend - Lean DB.

This annual contract provides you with access to all new service releases and version upgrades during the term of the contract. (note: these services are provided at no additional cost during the first year of purchasing the product license).

Annual contract includes:

  • 1 Year Maintenance & Version Upgrade (including all services releases and upgrades)

15% of full list price per year

Technical Support - for installation/implementation issues.

Product technical phone support services for Thermal Trend - Lean DB installation/implementation issues.

This annual contract provides you with unlimited phone support for setup issues and one hour of product training for Thermal Trend - Lean DB (note: these services are provided at no additional cost during the first 30-days of purchasing the product license).

Annual contract includes:

  • 1 Year Technical Support - Out of the Box Issues (note: support specialists reserve the right to limit calls to one hour or one incident -- additional time will be billed per item S3 below).

15% of full list price per year

Technical Phone Support (with a support contract -- see S2 above)

Thermal Trend - Lean DB technical phone support services for additional help and/or training not covered by item S2 above.

This option provides an hourly rate for additional technical phone support and/or training, which is not covered by item S2 above.

Option includes:

  • Technical Phone Support at an hourly rate of $100.00, billable in 15 minute increments for additional support and/or training not covered by item S2 above.

$100.00/hr - billable in 15 minute increments

Technical Phone Support (outside of a support contract)

Product technical phone support services for Thermal Trend - Lean DB

This option provides an hourly rate for technical phone support, which is not covered under a support contract.

Option includes:

  • Technical Phone Support at an hourly rate of $150.00, billable in 15 minute increments.

$150.00/hr - billable in 15 minute increments

On-Site Support and Program Implementation

$1,200.00 per day plus expenses
